Single-Room Systems
Mini-split systems are comprised of a single indoor fan unit connected to a dedicated outdoor condenser, available in a variety of sizes and output capacities to suit individual room requirements.
These types of systems are ideal for single room applications mobile homes, residential park homes, luxury lodges and holiday homes.
Multi-Room Systems
Multi-split systems are ideal for multi-room installations, allowing up to 6 indoor units to be connected to a single outdoor condenser. These types of systems can use a combination of high and low wall indoor units, each sized according to a room's specific heating and cooling requirements.
Multi-split systems are the perfect solution for residential park homes, luxury lodges and holiday homes, providing a totally flexible solution that can accomodate future expansion.
High Wall Units
High wall systems draw air through the top of the indoor fan unit, which passes through a series of filters before entering the fan coil. Air is then heated or cooled according to the mode settings and blown back out through controllable flaps and vanes at the base.

High wall units provide unrestricted room coverage and help to save wall and floor space lower down to assist furniture layouts.
Low Wall Units (Console)
These types of systems draw air through the front panel, which passes through a series of filters before entering the fan coil. Air is then heated or cooled according to the mode settings then blown back out through controllable flaps and vanes at the top of the unit.
Often reffered to as "Console" units, these compact systems are ideal for mounting under windows and other low wall areas.
Wi-Fi Control
Parkhouse air conditioning packages include infrared handsets and Wi-fi modules to provide total control from any location using a smartphone, tablet and compatible voice activation device, including Alexa and Google Home.
System Sizing
Our air conditioning packages are professionally designed to ensure the minimum cooling and heating ouputs can comfortably maintain room temperatures all year round.
Size calculations are based on individual room dimensions, thermal insulation properties and the number of windows that could be exposed to direct sunlight, ensuring each room can be cooled and heated both effectively and efficiently.
FGAS Compliance
Our air conditioning heat pump installations are carried out by fully qualified FGAS engineers with up to 30 years experience working with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Every installation is tested and commissioned beyond legislative guidelines to maximise performance, efficiency and long term durability.
Parts & Labour Warranties
Parkhouse offers a range of warranty packages ranging from 3 years and up to 10 years, dependant on the system manufacturer. Whilst most warranties offer replacement parts only, we offer additonal packages to include both parts and labour.
Warranties are subject to annual servicing being professionally carried out by a Parkhouse professional service engineer.
